Welcome to the Henderson County Bird Club's (HCBC) website!

The mission of HCBC is to promote enjoyment of the bird population in, but not restricted to, Henderson County.  HCBC will strive to educate members and the general public about the role of birds in our environment, including the economic and environmental values of birding, by facilitating opportunities to observe bird life.  In addition, the club shall support the preservation and protection of the natural systems, on which wildlife depends, and shall encourage responsible environmental stewardship.
